Idiot

For the uninitiated (so anyone reading this), Idiot is a band from Indianapolis, IN that formed in 2021 by current/ex-members of Phoenix Bodies, Mara’akate, Slam Dunk, Coffinworm, Rodeo Ruby Love, Kvlthammer, Veilcaste, Usurp Synapse, etc. After recording the ‘Pure Luxury’ EP as a four-piece, third guitarist Carl Byers was added to the lineup and the band entered Earth Analog Studio to begin work on their debut album. Drawing influence from classic 90’s grunge, hardcore punk, noise rock, and post-hardcore, Idiot has something for everyone to love (or hate).

Our S/T album will be released on vinyl by Post. Recordings in October 2024. First single, 'The Professor', is available to stream everywhere now.
