About this concert
Blending classical training with folk-pop melodies, cellist and singer-songwriter Dan Radin is on a mission to entertain and delight audiences by redefining a cello's role in rock. Dan has backed contestants from The Voice, played SXSW showcases, and opened for Grammy winners as a sideman with past projects; he's now unveiling himself as an equally capable frontman and songwriter with his sophomore album, the adventurous/self-produced “P.L.A.Y.”

A great night in a beautiful venue. San was a charismatic, soulful and joyous performer. Two hours of a delightful mix of original songs and covers. He clearly has musical depth and brings a contempt vibe to a classical instrument. Check him out live or steaming.

Dan Radin Biography
Since moving to Austin, Texas in 2015, cellist Dan Radin has earned a reputation for being a go-to hired gun in the scene. He’s backed The Voice contestants, played in bands opening for Grammy/Tony winners, and performed at official SXSW showcases. This year, the cellist decided to reveal himself to the world as an equally-capable singer-songwriter with the release of his first solo album, “Romance for Antiheroes.”
