Nate Smith Music Biography
NATE SMITH - began playing music in the fifth grade school band on trumpet and has had a love of all things musical ever since. Nate started playing guitar and singing in New Martinsville, WV in 1993, he then teamed up with Joe Wilson to form the band "Smith and Wilson" in '95. The band played together for several years and toured WV, OH, PA, NJ, and SC. Nate then partnered with Ed "Uncle Eddie" Mahonen for several years and they became one of the most popular acts in the Ohio Valley. Nate has since played professionally in 41 states and has opened for such national acts as Gregg Allman, The Marshall Tucker Band, Leon Russell, 38 Special, Foghat, Bo Diddley, David Allen Coe, and others. He now resides in Mount Vernon, OH.
