Charlie Apple

Charlie Apple’s sound fuses the rhythm and narratives of classic country and western psychedelia with the underbelly of deep house music and hip hop. Apple's baritone vocals call back to the dark cowboy, with vocal influences such as Lee Hazelwood and Johnny Cash. Pulling from his experiences with house production and performances with PARTYGOERS in the Montana dance music scene, Apple’s storytelling creates a nouveau dance country that he calls “outlaw pop”.
