HGWT was ON FIRE!!! I'd give this 10 stars if I could. An excellent mix of old favorites and newer songs. The crowd's energy fueled the band, and the band's energy fueled the crowd, with a magical result. This is why it's so important to support live music! 24 hours later, and I'm still high on the experience!

Have Gun, Will Travel Biography

“Their music has a great energy to it with infectious, sing-along choruses and refrains” said NPR’s Robin Hilton. American Songwriter Magazine referred to HGWT as “organic, infectious Americana Pop." HGWT's music has been featured in a number of film and TV productions; including the Netflix series The Ranch, CBS's The Good Wife, Travel Channel's Expedition Unknown, ABC's American Housewife and the PBS series Roadtrip Nation, as well as a national Chevy TV commercial campaign and more. The band has toured extensively throughout the US, playing many of the major music festivals. Their live performances have been described as rousing, rollicking, energetic and dynamic. Singer/songwriter/guitarist Matt Burke leads fellow bandmates; brother and bassist Daniel Burke, guitarist Scott Anderson, keyboardist Edward Stork and drummer Sam Farmer through a collection of songs that run the gamut from foot-stomping front-porch spirituals to strum-punk rave-ups, hill-country historicals and indie-rock anthems. HGWT's new 'Silver Sounds EP' out now.
