D.i.D is a singer, producer and songwriter from Queens, New York, known for his distinctive vocals, provocative personality and genre-blending sound. Born to a New York City jazz musician, D.i.D grew up immersed in the city's eclectic musical landscape. As the creative leader of the renowned music production team 'Tha Cosmos,' with whom he frequently performs, he swiftly earned acclaim as a highly sought-after songwriter and producer.

D.i.D spent his formative years in Atlanta, Georgia, where he grappled with depression, while also finding it challenging to establish himself within the city's hip-hop dominated music industry. After a hiatus from music, he headed to the vibrant, dance-oriented Los Angeles music scene, where his unique style of pop resonated with audiences.

While in LA, he also confronted his personal struggles with addiction. However, Rather than allowing these challenges to derail his ambitions, he stepped into the limelight as a solo artist. Upon his return to New York, he dedicated himself to his recovery, harnessing music's healing power to craft a bold, eclectic blend of pop, funk, and electropop.

Released through his Sense Tha 90's imprint in 2024, D.i.D.'s single "Lights For Her" introduced millions to the revitalized New York Funk scene via its clever fusion of classic elements and contemporary production. His prior high-energy pop hits have dominated club playlists worldwide, positioning him as a rising star in the contemporary pop landscape.
