Vickie Cherie

When still living in the Alps, Vickie Cherie immersed herself into Anglo-saxon pop music. Later on, while in high school, she turned to French pop singing, and found there a new means of expression. Initially trained as a photographer and a video maker, she constantly explores her color, her tones and hues, using whatever tool she comes across. ‘’I want to do what I love, and do it all the way’’, the multifaceted artist sums up. ‘Trust the Process’ is born from that purpose. In the middle of the lockdown period, she settles behind her computer, and carves her first solo songs. On an electronic background are untied the emotions that go through her soul, sometimes with, and sometimes without lyrics. How can one embark for the unknown, and simultaneously try and find the way back into oneself? That first EP of Vickie Cherie and its eponymous title, tells us of patience, of quest, and of fulfillment.
