Booshle G. Biography
Booshle G. is a singer/songwriter from Uitenhage, a small town on the
out-skirts of Gqeberha, Eastern Cape, South Africa.
As a young man living his school-boy dream, his music centres around
finding identity, learning to be present in every moment and
navigating the challenges of this world when the odds are against you.
Booshle G has had a positive start to his career, releasing two singles,
being an opening act for renowned South African artists like Jeremy
Loops, MATTHEW MOLE, Goldfish, Will Linley & Mango Groove in the first
5 months of his music journey, becoming one of Gqeberha's exciting
prospects. His famous single, ‘These Days’ topping the Algoa FM charts
for 2 consecutive weeks.
Being untaught, his raw and uncurrated sound is a product of a
heterogenous fushion of music and experiences. From being a hip-hop
artist and being part of the school choir in his teens, to being a youth
pastor and worship leader in his early 20s, his music speaks to where
people are and lifts them up with upbeat expressions of sounds and
concepts.
Ultimately, we’re all just here for vibes! And his music encapsulates this
sentiment perfectly.
