Ginny Mac

I really liked hearing Ginny Mac @ the Kitchen Cafe: nice venue, good stage and sound system. The venue's capacity is maybe 100 ppl, tables and good seats. Good servers. A really good band behind her. I got there for the second set, she mostly played piano at the beginning of that set. Eventually she picked up her accordion, she plays and sings wonderfully. What was interesting for me was the informal set list, she seemed to decide sorta off the cuff what song to do next. She even gave the band paper chord chart or nashville numbers to follow. Seemed like they had played together for yrs. I have listened to Ginny's music for several yrs, I just happened to be in Dallas that night...really glad I went...scott .
