Celaris Biography
Raleigh, NC’s Celaris was forged from the meeting of musical minds Rachel Pappalardo (guitarist) and Joshua Rush (drums) in the Spring of 2018. Influenced by various predecessors within and outside of their genre, Celaris continuously challenges the limits of progressive metal, incorporating technical, soaring riffs, catchy and impassioned vocal melodies, and infectious grooves into the fabric of their works.
Celaris has shared bills with major acts such as Thornhill, Strawberry Girls, Rings of Saturn, Moodring, ENOX, standards, and Tang (among many others) and is currently at work on their sophomore album. Their debut album, “In Hiding”, is currently out on all streaming platforms as is their single, "Out of Phase", both produced by the legendary Jamie King.
