Hana Stretton

Hana Stretton wrote her debut album, Soon, as a way to cope with the devastating bushfires in her native Australia. Her brittle chords, delicate drone carpets and often fragile voice combine to form an inconspicuous but powerful whole. Live, her entire body becomes an instrument. With her fellow musician Amelia, she creates an intimate work of art on stage with percussions, harmonium, piano, classical guitar and ambient noise.
