Hendricks the Hatmaker Biography
Avantgarde Folk Punk from Lucerne
Hendricks the Hatmaker, that’s Nicolas, Stefan and Ramona, combine the three musical genres of “Gin”, “Millinery” and „Butt-Kicking”.
With their instruments, they rejoice on the brim of music, prance on the bar counter of society and glance at the basement of many poor souls, with melodies as sweet as juniper berries, aromatic as coriander and as spicy as pepper.
Guitars, drums, bass, and even from time-to-time an acoustic instrument, complement each other almost as perfectly as cucumber and tonic water.
The band was founded in 2013 as a two-man acoustic folk band and throughout the following years, it continuously recycled former metal band members up to a four person rock band.
Shortly after the release of their second record, “Mostly Harmless”, their lead singer decided his time was better spent pushing up daisies, leaving the other three band members behind (or above).
They now continue with their plan to take over the world as a classic punk-power-trio.
