Good Afternoon inmates! The true to form open mic is back!! This time, with only two scheduled performers, we hope to provide a platform to everyone who wants to come thru and rock the stage!!!

Chicago native Matt Nai is an alternative hip-hop artist whose music empowers listeners to pursue better quality relationships. Matt Nai’s eclectic beats and Kid Cudi like style motivates listeners to embrace joy and peace. Matt Nai began his musical journey when a colleague taught him to use FL Studio for production, which evolved into creating his own tracks and incorporating his voice. He uses samples in nearly every song as the basis and forms the rest of the elements in line with the main sample. “I Just Be Doin Shit” is the perfect party album with hard hitting beats, heavy bass and screamable lyrics.
