STEMusic Biography

Roy Moye III is a dynamic singer, aerospace engineer, and the founder of STEMusic LLC. He earned his bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Wichita State University and has worked in the aerospace industry for the past 7 years. As an accomplished singer, he has sung multiple National Anthems for professional sports teams and even shared the stage in 2017 with rapper Common while singing the chorus to the Oscar Award Winning song "Glory". In the spring of 2019, he was a top 20 finalist on the nationally televised BET gospel singing competition "Sunday Best". Most recently, Roy and his fellow group mates of "1 Tribe Collective" received a Grammy Nomination for their Children's Music Album "All One Tribe". Along with Children's music, Roy has a passion for serving youth in his hometown of Wichita Kansas where he mentors multiple students. He is uniquely gifted and recently combined all of his gifts, talents, and abilities to launch his company STEMusic LLC in the fall of 2019. The mission of STEMusic is to inspire the next generation of multicultural STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) professionals through engaging and entertaining music. Roy thoroughly enjoys making this music that teaches students about STEM right where they are. He believes the children are the future and is fully invested in making sure that future is bright.
