Taylor Pfeiffer Biography
Taylor Pfeiffer, she’s nice, she’s different, she’s unusual. The 20-year old Americana singer/songwriter, banjoist, and guitarist, strives for an eclectic mix of soulful vocals, melodic banjo, and just the right amount of twang in her guitar. Taylor’s intuitive music style has gained the attention of numerous artists, including American hip/hop artist, Post Malone, Kasey Chambers, Lee Kernaghan, and Béla Fleck, not bad for a girl from Adelaide, Australia.
With new music just around the corner, it’s no doubt the young songstress will add to her achievements, including airplay on Triple J, a performance on Nashville’s Music City Roots aired nationally in the US, two trips to USA, and two successful auditions to attend Béla Fleck’s Blue Ridge Banjo Camp in North Carolina in 2018 and 2019.
Taylor’s previous EP, Take Her, available on all streaming platforms, showcases her attention to detail, reflective verses and sky-high choruses. And who would think this would all have stemmed from Taylor as a 7-year old, finding a love for banjo from Skippy The Bush Kangaroo.
Hungry to go further, this is certainly one space to watch.
