Isaac Gracie Biography
'close up - looking down' ep out 16 november. pre-order ep here:
https://isaacgracie.lnk.to/closeuplookingdownFP
debut album available here:
https://isaacgracie.lnk.to/AlbumPR
Heavy of heart and soul, young British artist Isaac Gracie writes soaring, emotional guitar songs with a melancholic intensity. With a poet’s economy, he uses his words sparingly, shirking any desire to be overly-confessional. Despite this apparent heaviness of heart, there’s a playfulness to his songs too, usually reserved for the melodies. A careworn demo recording of “Last Words” uploaded without expectation set Gracie on a journey that has been peppered with tunes of equal immediacy. Terrified, Reverie, and The Death of You & I are thrilling tasters to his eponymous debut album that conjures the epic, anthemic scope of Coldplay with the hushed reverence, tenderness and intimacy of Elliot Smith. A bold new voice.
