Chlara Isobel Magtultol was born in England on February 16th, 1994. Inheriting her father’s love of music, she started playing guitar and writing songs at a young age. In 2010, Chlara signed with the evosound label, appearing on a compilation called Voices Of Love before releasing her debut album Unstoppable. Her career took off with her second album release, 2016’s A Different Light, which offered indelible interpretations of both classic and contemporary pop hits, and sold well throughout much of South East Asia. Her unerring ability to reshape other people’s songs in her own image continued with her 2018 album evo sessions followed by #acousticNOW in 2020, which featured her inspired take on Avicii’s “The Nights,” which to date is Chlara’s most-popular Spotify track with over 50 million streams. Her new original album, "Love Ya", is out August 11th 2023, and is a collection of astute ruminations on love and life. Love Ya is undoubtedly Chlara’s most accomplished and satisfyingly mature work to date. The album represents a significant growth spurt in the young singer’s career, ushering in an excitingly fertile new phase in her journey. Above all, it reveals how she’s blossomed into an accomplished and fully-fledged songwriter who can express herself via a uniquely accessible and instantly identifiable sound and style.
