Jenna Katherine Music

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Jenna Katherine loves and has loved music for all of her life. Her first concert was Carrie Underwood. Underwood has been her idol ever since. She has always written but never realized her talent until her song called “Friend Zone”. Friend Zone was the very first complete song she wrote. Since then she has stuck with her writing, singing and guitar playing. She started out with piano for 3 years but she didn’t have the passion for the piano like she does with guitar. Jenna Katherine has performed with quite a few Texas artists like Bri Bagwell, Kenna Danielle and Heather Rayleen. She has participated in Kyle Hutton’s “Real Life, Real Music” Camp the last three years and worked with mentors such as Kyle Hutton, Marcus Eldridge, Josh Grider, Shellee Coley and Morgan Wilson. She has had a handful of solo performances also. Balancing school and writing/singing/guitar and get hectic sometimes but she still finds time to do what she loves as often as possible. Jenna is also part of her middle schools advanced choir and was picked to be in Region Choir May 2018. She has started to work on her first EP that most likely be released summer 2020. She is very excited for this amazing opportunity. Anywhere she goes she always brings something to write in just in case she finds inspiration for a new song. Jenna not only loves music but also lives baking and creating art. Jenna also has family that have been in the music, theatre business for years and gets some of the love for music from them. Jenna mainly loves to sing country music but is always open to change and trying something new.
