Forklift Assassins Biography
Born from deep within the Melbourne underground rock scene, on a floor covered in spilt beer, piss and blood, comes the Forklift Assassins. These three guys know what it takes to rock, and they get out there and do it, fast, loud and in your face.
The Forklift Assassins are Mike on drums and vox, Sanjin on lead guitar and backing vox and Alex on the bass. These guys produce a no-holes-barred experience, bleeding you ears and frying your brain. Their live show is controlled chaos with more grunt than an angry bull.
With influences ranging from bands like Cosmic Psychos through to The Misfits, Ramones, Dead Kennedy’s, The Melvins, Slayer, Sabbath and the mighty Motorhead, Forklift Assassins make more noise than any three piece ever could (except perhaps Motorhead).
Having played a heap of gigs over the last 4 years, including with bands such as The Go-Set, Bastard Squad, Nuremberg Code, The Hybernators and The Council, Forklift Assassins are ready to step out of the local Melbourne scene and start making a name for themselves everywhere else.
Now is the perfect time to get on the bandwagon before their egos grow as big as their guts.
Forklift Assassins, bringing punk/metal to your ears.
