alright (okay) Biography
Born from sweaty rehearsals in run-down studio spaces, Liverpool four-piece alright (okay) has built a strong underground following from energetic live sets and an ever-evolving sonic landscape.
Pulling inspiration from 90’s slacker rock, post punk, and the modern DIY alt-rock scene, alright (okay)’s eclectic back catalogue showcases an innate ability to fuse earworm melodies with an undeniable and urgent energy.
Following two years of sold out hometown headline shows and support slots alongside the likes of TV Priest, Alien Chicks, GENN, Hotel Lux, Duvet, and more, alright (okay)’s sound has taken a change in direction, leaning into a louder, garage-rock-infused sound that matches the ecstatic energy of their live shows.
alright (okay)’s upcoming single, ‘Boyz Noize’, sees the Liverpool four-piece cement the reasons why their headline shows consistently sell out. Jokingly named during an early jam session, ‘Boyz Noize’ shows alright (okay) performing at a newfound peak, seamlessly blending elements of garage rock and punk into an energetic earworm.
