About this concert
1st annual Balloons & Tunes festival, proudly presented by the Pendleton County Tourism Council in collaboration with the Kentucky Wool Festival Board! This family-friendly event will take place during the evening of Sat. July 27th on the Kentucky Wool Festival grounds and will feature 10 hot air balloons with tethered rides available. There will be a great lineup of performers and a variety of food trucks, as well as inflatables. This event is located right next to Kincaid Lake State Park. Please no pets and no alcohol. Bring a blanket or a lawn chair. Admission: $10 - Kids under5 FREE
