Lisa Gain Band (Formerly the Rusty Silos) will be back at Eldorados in Columbus opening for Folk/Americana band RAMEY!!! The show will start at 8pm with the Lisa Gain Band & RAMEY will take the stage at 10:00pm to Midnight. Joining Lisa will be Bryan Rupejko on drums, Megan Rainey on Keys & Al Smyth will be playing lead guitar on the 2nd set. Come out for a great night of local music & enjoy some dinner & drinks at Eldorados in the Clintonville neighborhood. Free show, but tips are always appreciated! ☮️
Lisa Gain is a critically acclaimed Columbus, Ohio-born singer-songwriter. Since 1996, she has been performing music as a solo artist all over Ohio. In the Fall of 2015, she finally formed the Lisa Gain Band (formerly known as Lisa Gain & the Rusty Silos.) The band plays a mix of popular covers from all genres as well as her Americana, Alt-Country, & Smokey Folk Rock originals. Lisa also enjoys hosting occasional Songwriter rounds. Lisa has had her music played on NPR as she was crowned the first ever Columbus Tiny desk contest winner in 2018. PBS / WOSU has used her music on many different TV shows. Lisa also won an Ohio Music Award for best Americana single for her original song "2 packs of cigarettes" in 2014. Lisa's voice has been described as "Conjuring up memories of Janis Joplin at her finest." - Album Review by Rocking Magpie in the UK.

Lisa Gain is a Folk/Rock Singer-Songwriter who plays solo as well as with her band (Lisa Gain & the Rusty Silos). She'd been playing across Ohio since 1996 as an acoustic soloist before she formed her first band the Rusty Silos in the Fall of 2015. They have a 13 track album that was recorded at Musicol Recording studios in Columbus, OH which is also Lisa's hometown. The album was released July of 2020 & is available for sale at www.lisagain.bandcamp.com . In 2001 Lisa was a top 10 Semi-finalist on the popular Columbus area radio station WNCI "Diva" contest, out of over 500 competitors. In 2006 She was a top 20 Semi-finalist on the Fox TV show "Gimmie the mic Columbus" out of over 600 competitors. She Won an Ohio Music Award in 2014 for Best Americana song for her original song "2 Packs of Cigarettes". In May of 2018 Lisa was crowned the first ever NPR Tiny Desk Columbus contest Winner! She got to perform her own Tiny Desk Contest on WOSU's TV show Broad & High! Her voice has been compared to the likes of Tracy Chapman, Alanis Morissette, Melissa Etheridge, Wynonna Judd, & Grace Slick, to name a few.
