Bevrijdingsdag in de IJmond wordt dit jaar voor het eerst gevierd in Beverwijk. Het festival biedt een divers programma met lokale en nationale artiesten, allemaal met één gemeenschappelijk doel: vrijheid vieren. Iedereen is welkom op dit gratis toegankelijke evenement, waar mensen van verschillende achtergronden kunnen samenkomen om te genieten van muziek, cultuur en vermaak. Park Westerhout biedt het perfecte decor voor deze viering.

GLITZ (BAND) Biography

GLITZ is a dutch rock group from Wijk aan Zee, The Netherlands. GLITZ combines earthiness with energy and fuses these two to a wild, flamboyant but structured entity. Fiery drumming, growling basses, loaded guitar solo's with soaring harmonies and a strong voice are combined. And with that, GLITZ is made.
In March 2024, after playing as a four piece group for 5 months. They supported Wild Romance on their Shpritz & Hitsz Tour
