Raised in California on a steady diet of barrel house piano and blues, Wendy travels the world sharing the joy of blues and boogie woogie. Founder of The Queens of Boogie Woogie, San Francisco International Boogie Woogie Festival, Hella Piano Night, and Blues Piano Orgy Series, Wendy is currently working on her next recordings and researching the history of women in blues and boogie woogie, hosting a weekly radio show and producing other artists at The Church of Boogie Woogie.
