Pyrograph

Formed in 2017 in Madera, California, Pyrograph combines elements of heavy rock, alternative, and electronic music to create a sound that is unmistakably their own. They draw inspiration from grunge and heavy rock icons of the '90s and early '00s like Alice In Chains, Audioslave, Queens of the Stone Age, and TOOL, extracting the nostalgic essence of the era and injecting it with their own fresh energy.

Pyrograph released their debut EP Creatures of Instinct in December 2018, and it stands as a testament to their hands-on ethos. Recorded and produced entirely by themselves within their own creative sanctuary—a 98°F garage—it captures the visceral energy that ignites their live performances.

Having solidified their presence in the Central Valley rock scene, sharing stages with acts like Dirty Honey, Saliva, and Doyle, Pyrograph returned once more to that same garage (and again in the middle of a sweltering Central California summer) to lay the foundations for their debut full-length. This endeavor ultimately culminated in their self-titled album, Pyrograph, released on April 12, 2024.
