NAALI COLLECTIVE Biography
NAALI COLLECTIVE, is a 8 piece future-soul / scandic-folk / jazz collective based in Leeds/UK.
Lead by Norwegian born, Lina, the collective takes on the mission of creating waves. Their music is inspired by the likes of Erykah Badu, Björk, Nubiyan Twist and Hiatus Kaiyote- As a band They’re here to empower women, represent the LGTBQ+ community, spread awareness and dismantle social norms through sound- combining soulful, enchanting-vocals, electronics, poetry and shared experience. When at a NAALI show, you can expect community, food for thought and otherworldly vibrations on the dancefloor.
Having previously performed numerous festivals, done several headline shows in the UK and supporting greater artists like Allysha Joy, Corto.Alto, Moses Boyd and Snazzback- They’re releasing their DEBUT EP in December 2024, followed by a UK Tour and back to the roots of Scandinavian land.
