LOCATION Fourth and Market St., Steubenville, Ohio FIRST FRIDAYS First Fridays on Fourth Street is a one-of-kind monthly street festival that gathers at the intersection of Fourth and Market Street in downtown Steubenville, Ohio. It is a celebration of living together, here, in the Ohio Valley, and a crucial part of the mission to revitalize our lovely little downtown. WHAT GOES ON You can expect great local food, beer, artisan products, and above all music, from 6-11PM on the first Friday of every month. Come see everyone you know, at one event!
