Transcend - A Day of devotion and expansion to amplify the light within and transcend the old to welcome the new. As the days get shorter and cooler we gather to ignite the fire within. A sacred elixir that has been used by indigenous tribes in South America for centuries to connect to the heart and the earth. We will be drinking ceremonial grade cacao from Peru, which is revered as a heart-opening plant master. Freea will guide us through an ecstatic breathwork journey to open ourselves to connect with our higher selves, letting go of the mind and coming into the body. Breathwork activates our third eye, opens our heart and through this we move emotions, release trauma carried in our cells, upgrade our beliefs, unleash creativity, open to give and receive more love, feel pure bliss, improve relationships and connect with the divine. It is a mindfulness practice as well as a shamanic journey. The cacao and breath combined offer a potent portal for rapid transformation and deep connection. We will receive the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, sound healing instruments, bringing space to cultivate relaxation, presence and to integrate these high vibrational states before floating on out. The bowls frequencies permeate at a cellular level providing many benefits such as deep relaxation, improved circulation, increased blood flow, reduced: stress, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, pain and more. Each bowl is tuned to a specific chakra to clear energy channels for full body healing. THE VOICE ALCHEMY & SONG CIRCLE -an invitation to explore the raw wildness and harmonious nature that lives in our own unique voice and reclaim our voice as a powerful tool of healing , connection, prayer ,celebration and a way to come home to ourselves . NO NEED TO BE A SINGER OR HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE IN SINGING . If you can talk you can sing . If you are human its your birthright to express yourself in this way. You will gently be guided to explore your voice, body , breath and sound in a non judgmental and safe space.
