Somewhere between Indie-Folk and Americana, among spherical sounds, western guitars and profound lyrics Anna Stucky creates her very own sound world, which mesmerizes the audience from the first note played. Her distinctive, characterful voice reminds of female artists like Joan Baez or Brandi Carlile.
Anna Stuckys debut EP "Flowers" bundles a whole bunch of emotions, tells stories of loss and the search for home. Thus she takes her listeners into a melancholic world, which is still full of hope.
The german singer and songwriter made it shortly after releasing her first singles into the playlist "Fresh Finds GSA" curated by Spotify and also into the "Abgehört!" playlist by SPIEGEL magazine next to Jack White and Billie Eilish
As a winner of the „Playground BW“ 2023 Stucky was the opener for DEEP PURPLE and the norwegian band MADRUGADA at the ‘Jazzopen‘ Stuttgart, Germany. She was also a guest of the renowned concert series „Das Vereinsheim“, played as support act for the electro-pop band HUNDREDS and was one of the award winners of the „Treffen junge Musikszene“.
