We birthed the Brewery plan back in 2009, I'm sure it was over a few home-brewed beers... inspiration to say the least. Graduated from Siebel institute in brewing science then trained in Colorado. Opened our doors in New Braunfels in 2012 for Business distributing exclusively in Texas. We are proud to be a small business in this revolution of beer in Texas and from our hearts, the intention is to bring to you the best possible product we can make. Our Pizza Kitchen serves fresh food prepared here. We also serve locally made flour tortillas for our quesadillas prepared up the road at the Butcher Boy Taco House & the New Braunfels Tortilleria. The fresh tortillas are also used to wrap a delicious smoked sausage made right here in New Braunfels at the New Braunfels Smokehouse. Focaccia bread is made in our kitchen to serve warm with garlic butter and to make delicious sandwiches, order a 1/4 or 1/2 a sammich.
