The singer-songwriter extraordinaire possesses a musical prowess like no other. Front womxn & songstress Karina Morin’s (Coco Jafro) latest solo venture is a departure that calls upon her muses, invoking influences that steeped her youth growing up in Montreal, Qc & Vancouver BC. This exciting solo project illuminates another side of her lavish sound.
Kärma is inspired by the likes of eclectic artists such as Sade, Chaka Khan, The Eurythmics, Fleetwood Mac and Norah Jones. She also fuses the electro-pop essence of Kali Uchis and Jesse Ware in her rich and exquisite sound. She will be releasing a series of singles followed by a full-length album in the near future. You don’t know to miss these excellent tracks that incorporate a contemporary flair to her classic romantic quality. Karina’s voice is impossibly sensual and evokes intimacy for the listeners.
