Matti är en poetisk tonseglare som tidigare verkat i många olika musikaliska sammanhang. Nu är tiden äntligen kommen att ge utrymme för de personliga sånger som tagit form under många års tid. Med enkelhet och sårbar stämma bjuder Matti åhörarna på en hypnotisk resa. Starka tongångar, men sköra nyanser. Personligt men samtidigt allmängiltigt.

Så påbörjades detta album Pålägg av Bebe Risenfors som bl.a spelat med (Tom Waits) och slutmix av Hans Olsson som bl.a mixat José Gonzálés (Svenska Grammofonstudion) Slutgiltigt släpps skivan på Magnus Sveningssons (Råå, Cardigans) skivbolag Malmö Diskografiska.

Äntligen släpper stenen (Finally Drops The Stone)
Matti is a poetic tone sailor who previously worked in many different musical contexts. Now the time has finally come to give space for the personal songs that have taken shape over many years. With simplicity and fragile tune, you are lulled into a hypnotic journey.
Strong tones, but fragile nuances. Personal but at the same time universal.
Äntligen släpper stenen is Matti's long-awaited debut album. Rarely seen is the presence in this poetic masterpiece. You get close. Really close. In vulnerability, feeling and nakedness we meet the music and the words interwoven without layers. You get in touch. In touch with something we all share.
Two microphones on an old plank floor by a fireplace in Blekinge's old forests. Thus began this album. Extra nuances recorded by Bebe Risenfors who played with Tom Waits and final mix by Hans Olsson who mixed José Gonzálés among others.
The album is finally released on Magnus Sveningsson's record label Malmö Diskografiska. Magnus otherwise plays in bands such as Råå and The Cardigans.
