Join us for a night of amazing singer songwriters! After a long run of shows across Colorado’s front range in 2021 and 2022, Christopher Morse released his latest EP, Covering Old Scars, in February of 2023. Blending elements of folk, country, and mellow indie/pop, Christopher Morse’s music has evolved into a rich soundscape that listeners can really sink their teeth into. Jason Ager is a dedicated father, a passionate educator , and a hyper-literate original songwriter. Balancing a PhD in German Literature with an ardent passion for live performance, Jason plays more than 100 shows a year in the Mid-Atlantic region and beyond. Jason’s most recent single, “Trepanning,” satirizes the absurd ways we deal with stress and anxiety in a society obsessed with dime store psychology and self-help gurus, showcasing his love for storytelling and challenging conceptions of traditional songwriting themes. The Tisburys are an indie rock band from Philadelphia, PA led by singer-songwriter Tyler Asay. The band has released three full-length albums, most recently 2022’s Exile On Main Street, which combines influences of heartland rock and power pop hooks with jangly guitars and gritty lyrical storytelling. Their music has received praise and radio play from NPR, Little Steven’s Underground Garage, and 88.5 WXPN, where they played the XPoNential Music Festival. They have shared the stage with national acts (Gin Blossoms, Jenny Lewis, Drive-By Truckers, Old 97’s) and local Philadelphia heroes such as The War On Drugs, Baroness, and Dave Hause. The band recently completed their first East Coast tour and have begun recording their fourth LP due out next year.
