Constant Follower

Constant Follower, aka Scottish songwriter Stephen McAll, emerged into the spotlight with the critically acclaimed album 'Neither Is, Nor Ever Was' on legendary US indie label Shimmy Disc, a project that symbolised McAll's triumphant return to music following a period of personal challenges. The Constant Follower sound is atmospheric, meditative, and deeply emotive, resonating with audiences both in Scotland and internationally, including notable performances at Austin’s SXSW 2022/2023 and international airplay across stations such as KEXP, WFMU and BBC 6 Music. His upcoming second album is eagerly anticipated, following the successes of his collaborative projects in 2023 including a second SAY Award nomination for his work with Scott William Urquhart.
