As an independent artist, she has incredibly amassed almost 3 million streams across platforms and has had 11 songs featured on ITV’s Love Island (UK & USA).
After performing Glastonbury 2022 and releasing 2nd EP ‘When It Was Chaotic’, she released singles ’Worst Boyfriend Award’ and ‘Hard Pill To Swallow’ as the first offerings from her new era. Since her debut in 2019, 22 year old Emilia Tarrant has achieved remarkable milestones in her career, performing Glastonbury 2022 and working with some of the industry’s biggest industry names, incl Grammy-nominated producer, Will Hicks (Ed Sheeran), Lewis Gardiner (Ellie Goulding) and Kingdoms (JPCooper, R3hab). With an impressive 123% surge in Spotify Monthly Listeners, her popularity among music enthusiasts is undeniable, making her mark on over 16 Apple Editorial Playlists, inc A-List Pop and multiple Spotify editorial playlists such as New Music Friday and Fresh Finds. The project was inspired by the phone voice memos she records after finishing a new song: 5 songs, all at their simplest, stripped back and rawest form, recorded in stunning locations with an old out of tune upright piano and surrounding ambient noise, capturing the most emotional takes of Emilia’s heartbreakingly honest writing.
