2019 WINNER for Best New Blues Artist from the Inland Empire Blues Society, was born and raised in Walla Walla. Blazing into the scene at just 26 years old, Diego Romero is already making a name for himself with his electrifying blues funk style. While Diego has only been on the music scene for just a few years, he has already played numerous Northwest clubs and festivals. With vocals and guitar work to the likings of Buddy Guy, Prince, and Freddy King, this will be a unique opportunity to hear Diego acoustic and playing his original works.

In 1958 Denny began playing guitar at a friend's house when he picked up a guitar that was leaning against the wall and started plunking around with it. He didn't know the first thing about guitars, but knew he had to have one. Today, Denny and his Martin 12-string entertains with an eclectic range of songs that spans generations. In addition to Denny's deep songbook, he has written numerous original compositions which will be highlighted at the Writers in the round on July 7th.

Performing Songstress, Jill Cohn has recently released her 13th album. "Balanced on the Rail" which features her Seattle Band and Grammy Award Winning Producer Malcolm Burn, who is best known for his work on "Red Dirt Girl" by Emmylou Harris. Raised in a small town in Eastern Washington, A full-time musician since 1999, Cohn gained notoriety with songs placed in Dawson's Creek, Smallville and SKINS. Jill has been an endorsee of Taylor Guitars since 2001, she was a top five finalists in the Lilith Fair Talent Search and has opened for many well-known artists including JD Souther, Shawn Mullins, Jewel and Dave Matthews.

Seattle-based singer, songwriter, pianist and guitarist Jill Cohn's songs pay homage to artists like Joni Mitchell, Sarah McLachlan and the Counting Crows, with tunes ranging from personal reflections to musical contemplations of domestic violence and vanishing rain forests.
Raised in a small town in Eastern Washington, Cohn started singing before she started talking, and music has always been an integral part of her journey. A full-time musician since 1996, Cohn has released six critically-acclaimed independent releases and has engaged in seven years of nonstop touring.
During Cohn's tours, she has gained many new fans and concert opportunities, most recently as a national finalist in Jewel's Soul City Café contest. Her performances encompass a wide spectrum of venues and charitable events, ranging from coffee houses in rural towns to her most moving appearance to date, where she performed her song "Instead of the Innocent" in front of 8,000 people in Seattle's Volunteer Park. Cohn was also picked as an opener for the Girls Room tour, was a top-five finalist in the Lilith Fair Talent Search and has opened concerts for many national artists, including; Jewel, Stacey Earle, Loudon Wainwright III, and Dave Matthews.
