Ceri James

Ceri James has been playing in various bands since the late 90's eg Zen and Atomic Central. He's been recording and releasing music since the early 00's and carefully honing his skills and songcraft year after year. Ceri grew up in Swansea South Wales and most of his family are Welsh but he was born in Fulham London and he's been living in the Capital for over 15 years now. He currently lives in South East London."I've had the best of both worlds." A regular on the London circuit for some time with eclectic taste that blends blues/country/folk/rock. In the past he's supported shared a stage with artists/bands such as Glenn Tilbrook, Art Brut, Joe Wilkes, Steve Morrison, Rattlesnake Annie and Tom Hingley (Inspirals) to name a few. Ceri has also recorded with Strokes producer Gordon Raphael and toured in the UK, Europe and the US. He has performed at legendary venues such as The Rainbow in L.A., Ronnie Scott's and Antony Gormley's plinth. To date he's released 7 studio albums, 3 EPs and 8 singles. His 4th studio album Songs From The Saloon on Deep River Records has received radio play on BBC Radio Wales (Celtic Heartbeat) and Pure FM Roots And Fusion. St. Augustine's Heart was recorded with a backing band called The Three Fifths and was well received in 2016.
