Great rock band and show. Met the band afterwards. They made time for the fans and answered questions, took pics. Westside Bowl is awesome.

The Godz Biography

In late 2019, Mark Chatfield decided to “resurrect” The Godz based on the original concept.

Being the only surviving original member (and Bob Hill having no interest in performing live), Mark assumed the task of keeping the legacy alive.

Covid-19 happened - project shelved.

Now, as we find ourselves in 2022 with the plague mostly behind us, the project has come to fruition.

Recruiting past Godz members Eric Mauk and Keith Pickens (guitar/vocals & drums, respectively), with Doug “Sav” Ramey on bass & vocals and Julie Neal on backup vocals, The Rock and Roll Machines are Back and Rocking harder than ever!!!

Coming soon to a venue near you.........

Performing classics from the self titled 1st album Godz, along with Nothing is Sacred and Mongolians (and maybe a few surprises).

Steve Mitchell was the obvious choice to fill the rhythm/lead guitarist spot when it became vacant in 2023. He has been a staple in the music scene since the '70's, he brings The Godz driving Rock'n'Roll sound to fruition.
