Jacquie had already dug her heels into the music industry long before auditioning for the Voice. Releasing original music with Lace + Thorn, a folky songwriting band, Jacquie found her calling after writing “Medicine Man”. The timing was right to go solo with the support of her bandmates. Since then, Jacquie has performed at the Oregon Jamboree, Sang the national anthem for the Portland Trailblazers, and has shared the stage with big-name acts such as: Reba Mcentire, Alan Jackson, Martina Mcbride, Kelsea Ballerini, and more, Jacquie has worked relentlessly to build her resume. Recently debuting nationally, Jacquie placed fourth on America’s reality television series “The Voice”. Roar is not only a powerhouse vocalist, she is also an incredible performer and an intelligent songwriter.
