Resolution 88 return to the Portland Arms to perform their 4th studio album, ‘Vortex’. The new record is heavily inspired by the Mizell Brother’s productions of the 70’s as well as Herbie Hancock’s Headhunters. They will perform the new record and favourites from their back catalogue. Resolution 88 are awesome - great, finally sound, big energy and super talented all round!
I would recommend people seeing them whenever they gig about which, in my opinion, is never often enough.
I would say the venue is slightly annoying in that it is difficult to get full views of the stage area due to a big pillar in the middle, which is a bit frustrating.
