SolFlow is a free communal event that brings together the Acro Yoga, Slackline, and Flow Art communities. April 13th, 2024 1pm-8pm Free & Family-friendly There will be continual, open ended workshops such as Acro Yoga, Slackline, and Flow Arts. Where you can learn a new skill with no experience required. As well, we will have scheduled workshops such as Yoga, Sound Bath, and more. Schedule: 1pm Event Starts 3pm Yoga (tbd) 4pm Sound Bath w/ Cameron Vaughn 5pm Ecstatic Dance set w/ Honest 6pm Qigong or TaiChi (tbd) 7pm Drum Circle (tbd) This event is donation based. Please donate the workshop instructors directly. This is a free event, your donations pay for their time.
