Come on up the mountain to Apollo Canna Company in Salamanca, NY for some live entertainment & fun acoustic tunes by Luke & Ange from the band, The Hootz. The SHS CLASS OF 2004 will also be partying in honor of a full twenty year class reunion. Come say hi & see what's new with some classmates, and meet some new friends too. Open to the public, so come on out and have some fun! Also, there will be adult beverages and bar food available for purchase.
This will be an outdoor event (weather permitting). Music starts at 4PM. Location is where the old Red Garder Restaurant/Bear Mountain Restaurant used to be.
The Hootz are a NEW uniquely original sounding, modern, fun show band like nothing else! Combining the musical genres of Pop, Rock, Rap, Punk & of course traditional Country music; the Hootz stage show is one you have to experience to believe.
The Hootz have recently accompanied national acts such as Bret Michaels, Justin Lynch, Carrie Underwood, Aaron Lewis of Staind, Brad Paisley, Josh Thompson, Parmalee, Eric Paslay, Kellie Pickler, Easton Corbin, Kentucky Headhunters, Craig Campbell, Granger Smith, & most recently Justin Moore.
This energetic band is also headlining a number of festivals throughout the US. Currently, The Hootz have widened their national tour as far as Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Texas, Michigan, Oklahoma, New York, Florida & continue to add to their fan-base. Their single, Made in America, was recently released on Memorial Day, 2020, which was very well received having over 250k views in just a view months. This past year the band covered an old classic Hank Williams Sr. song called, Jambalaya (On The Bayou) and have made a great impression with their other songs like: The Rednecks Are Comin’, Drink About It, Show Me The Money, and the newest song being recorded, Hands All Over Me. The Hootz Biography
The Hootz, are a Modern Fun Country Rock Show Band out of Nashville, TN. Combining the forces of Rock, Pop, Country-western, and Hip-hop; this show is one you have to hear to believe. Their unique sound is created by four very distinct, musically superb characters, each specializing in a specific genre of music.
ROCK - Mr. Luke, shredding on his acoustic flying v guitar and lead vocals
POP- Angel-LA, Sings lead while slapping the jewels off of her Rhinestone studded ukulele bass
COUNTRY-WESTERN- Johnny Blossom, rips on fiddle/mandolin and the occasional spoon solo
HIP-HOP- J-Bone, ties everything together with his special designed electronic drumkit made of lasers
