About this show
- Comics try new jokes and the audience lets you know when they’re confused. Each audience wmember has a flag that they can raise when they don’t get what you’re talking about.
- Comics have three choices: 1) ignore the flag, 2) try the joke again, 3) ask the audience member holding up a flag a question about their confusion.
- Comics in the back also get flags - to wave if a comedian starts launching into more than 2 jokes in a row of their tried-and-true set.

Helen Wildy Biography
Being Irish and gay, Helen Wildy loves rainbows and parades. NYC-based Helen was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, Helen weaves her experiences of growing up an immigrant, coming out to her Irish family, and still identifying as a Hanson fan 25 years after it was cool into her witty, sweet, jovial comedy. And puns. The girl loves puns. In addition to being a regular at Goodnights Comedy Club in Raleigh, NC, Helen has opened for loads of her faves – Maria Bamford, Dave Attell, Moshe Kasher, Cameron Esposito, and Wil Sylvince – to name a few. In January 2023, she recorded her first album “Bomb Threat” with Helium Comedy Records, which can be heard on Sirius XM!
Helen has been named “Best of” in Pittsburgh, Seattle, and Raleigh and has performed at festivals all over including Charm City Comedy Fest (Baltimore), Detroit Women in Comedy Fest, Pittsburgh Comedy Fest, and Amsterdam’s Boom City Comedy Festival. She was selected by Pittsburgh Magazine as one of the "5 Funniest People in Pittsburgh (You Haven’t Heard Of)." Follow along @howthehelen
