The Doo Wop Project

If you’ve never seen this group perform, you are missing out on an amazing show and a truly fun evening. John Michael, Russell, who was off this night, along with Dominic in for Russell have incredible falsetto voices. I thought only angels could sing that high! Charl when he’s singing Smokey Robinson songs makes all the ladies swoon. Dominic’s voice is as smooth as Philly Cream Cheese…not that fake stuff, and Dwayne, omg this guy is hysterical. I swear he’s made of rubber. He puts Gumby to shame. His tones are so low you can feel them in your stomach. They get the audience involved and there wasn’t one person not having a great time. In addition to all their talent, these gentlemen are all easy on the eyes! That John Michael has some sexy eyes! I bought a CD and chatted briefly with each member as they signed. They were just as friendly and nice as can be. These guys and their show have it all. Become a stalker like me and see them every time they are in your area. You will not be disappointed. Can’t wait for November to see them again! ♥️

Hi energy show with a little too much talking. Also the show was way too short only one hour and thirteen minutes.

It was thoroughly entertaining from start to finish!! I loved the music and the chemistry between the members of the group. It was all in all a fun uplifting show. I have recommended it to many of my friends. I can't wait to see them again!!

Fabulous!! All the guys are extremely talented. Dwayne, the bass, is highlight of the show. Love the new sax player, too. Hotel was right next next door--could walk. Very convenient. Can't wait to go again!

AMAZING! Great music, excellent performers. Dominic Nolfi is my favorite! Saw him twice in Jersey Boys, once in a Bronx Tale and now this. LOVE IT!

THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH GOOD WORDS TO DESCRIBE HOW GREAT THE SHOW WAS. THE SHOW WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE CHEMISTRY BETWEEN ALL THE GROUP MEMBERS MADE THE SHOW A LIFETIME MEMORY. MY WIFE AND I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO SEE THEM AGAIN. I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO SEE THE SHOW. DURING THE SHOW THE GROUP MEMBERS SAID THAT THEY DON NOT MAKE MUSIC LIKE THIS ANYMORE. THEY ARE VERY TRUTHFUL IN MAKING THAT STATEMENT. THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING I COULD SAY IS THAT THEY ONLY TAKE CASH FOR THEIR MERCHANDISE. EVERY MEMBER OF THE GROUP IS VERY TALENTED! KURT SAUKAITIS

Have seen them 20+ times but this was the first time for their Christmas show. Fantastic. They never disappoint.

I first saw the DWP on PBS. We loved them. We were so excited to find that they had a show in our area. The show was GREAT! The choreography was outstanding. If you like Doo Wop and Oldies, you’ll really be missing out if you don’t see them.

The Doo Wop Project were wonderful and the theater excellent. Will definitely try to attend more performances at the theater.

This is the second time I have gone to see them . They just keep getting better !!!!! Fabulous !!Overall, they are beyond the best!

Took my mother for the 4/22 show and she really enjoyed it. I also enjoyed the old songs as well as the doowop remakes of the more current songs. All the singers had good personalities and engaged the audience. The band was really good as well

The concert was great! This is the second time we've seen The Doo Wop Project, this was a different venue, and they were great!

The Doo Wop Project was absolutely fantastic! We loved every moment. Their harmonies were spot on and individually perfect! I cannot wait to see them again!

I have been a follower of 1950's and 1960's music since 1958 when my friend & I hitch hiked 60 miles to attend a Allen Freed show in Hartford, Connecticut. We met Alan and told him of our adventure. We were invited to and interviewed on his live New York TV show similar to Bandstand. Well it's now 60+ years later and I still attend and enjoy Reunion/Tribute type shows at the local Patchogue Theatre and others several times a year. The Doo Wop Project are among the best at performing Doo Wop, Mowtown, Four Seasons and more with their own unique arrangements, energy and perfection plus sound. They deserve a lot of credit in keeping the past musical history present and were loved by the audience. On top of everything with 2 more New York area appearances back to back from this Friaday engagement they took the time to meet & greet with their fans before calling it a night. It was our third year in a row to see them and they always have such a good show.Nothing like Doo Wop music,it takes us to a happy time,a time of peace and innocence.These guys are so nice and talented at the same time.We missed Dewyne Cooper being with them on this show,don’t know if he was sick or is back on broadway.Don’t pass up an opportunity to see this show.

Having seen the group on PBS I knew this would be a good show. But live was fantastic. What great talents these guys are. They had fun as did the audience. Even though the band was not large it filled the hall with sound. Some of the show content was seen on PBS (fine with me) but there were lots of additions including a country song reworked for doo wop which was great fun. Underneath it all was an appreciation for the roots of R & B, i.e., the street corner harmony sounds of Doo Wop. It was amazing how they often sounded exactly like the original groups. Don't miss these guys. You never know when Broadway might scoop them up again.

This was a standing ovation performance from a group of guys, they all met and performed in Broadway shows, that want to keep Doo Wop alive as well as Motown and other favorites. Excellent music from a 4 piece band accompany these men while they swing, spin and giddy up across the stage. You can't take your eyes off of them as they transport you to a different time. I have already checked their schedule to see where else they will be because I will be going again.

The Doo Wop Project was phenominal. Their talent is beyond belief. They performed songs from the 60s thru the Jersey Boys and beyond. If I could rate them a 10. I would. Hope to see them again

I loved the show. I met the guys after and got autographs. I plan on seeing them in San Diego in December. Wonderful harmony. Overall rating 5+.

These guys are amazing. They are talented young men who are not only fantastic singers, but also 5 star entertainers.
