Muzaffar Muidinov Biography

Muzaffar Muidinov began his piano studies at the age of 7. He initially studied at the Music College of the State Conservatory P.I. Tchaikovsky in Moscow under the tutelage of Professor Tatiana Direktorenko. Since 2012, he has been a dedicated student at the University of Music and Theater in Hamburg, studying under the guidance of Professor Evgeny Koroliov and is currently pursuing his master's studies with Professor Hubert Rutkowski.

From a young age, Muzaffar gained recognition by winning numerous prestigious competitions and establishing an active concert career in Russia. During his time in Moscow, he maintained close connections with the Spivakov Foundation, contributing to numerous concerts for the organization. Since commencing his studies in Hamburg, Muzaffar has been an integral part of the Live Music Now project, affiliated with the Yehudi Menuhin Foundation. His concert schedule is notably busy, featuring performances in Uzbekistan, Germany, Italy, Austria, Poland, Spain, and the Netherlands. He has accumulated extensive experience as a pianist and accompanist through collaborations with the Baltic Youth Philharmonic Orchestra and the SV Symphony Orchestra.

His accomplishments include winning the Elise Meyer Foundation competition in May 2015 and securing victory in the Steinway Piano Sponsorship Competition in June of the same year. In May 2016, alongside his duet partner, soprano Johanna Will, he claimed the first place in the Gustav Mahler Lied Competition organized by the Rochna Foundation. In September of that year, Muzaffar Muidinov received a Distinction and the Audience Award at the IX International M.K. Ciurlionis Piano Competition.
