As founder of the legendary festivals PHILTHY ON THE FRIO, PHILTHY ON THE BRAZOS and PALUXY RIVER JAM, PHIL HAMILTON is a seminal figure on the Texas red dirt scene who's shared stages with Turnpike Troubadours, Whiskey Myers, Cody Jinks, and others.
