VDELLI Pty Ltd are excited to present “GUITAR SPA WINTER RETREAT 2024” with MICHAEL VDELLI” located in the beautiful Western Australian bush at Myalup, just over an hour’s drive from Perth.
If you're looking for an immersive, multi-day experience where you live, breathe and play guitar all day in a beautiful location, then we’ve got the place for you.
Participate in intensive group and individual sessions over four nights and three days to improve your technique, play different styles, learn new tunes and supercharge your playing.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Michael Vdelli is the front man and namesake of the band VDELLI. Having spent more than 35 years mastering his craft, Michael has become one of the world’s leading exponents of blues/rock guitar and is thrilled to be able to share his knowledge with you.
Over the duration of the GUITAR SPA, you will:
1. Learn how to collaborate with the other guitar players to arrange and perform new songs.
2. Rehearse and prepare the songs for the studio
3. Record the songs with Michael who will produce the tracks, guiding you all the way
4. Be part of the workshop’s showcase performance by playing your songs on the
final night at the local pub in front of a live audience
5. Take home a sample of your very own recording
GUITAR SPA OBJECTIVES
The overall goal is to gain knowledge and experience playing guitar in the rehearsal room, in the studio and performing in front of a live audience. Understanding the nuanced differences in each of these scenarios is imperative to becoming a creative, competent guitarist and a valuable member of any band you play in.

You will be provided with:
1. Home cooked meals – breakfast lunch and dinner
2. Beer, wine, soft drink and water
3. Somewhere safe and comfy to sleep
4. An experience of a lifetime with memories forever!
5. You will be totally looked after like family
WHAT TO BRING
1. Your Guitar/s (Electric and/or Acoustic). Amps are optional as we do provide them, but if you have a personal favourite at home, please feel free bring it along. All are all welcome.
2. Bedding, towels & toiletries
WHEN IS THE GUITAR SPA
Arrive: Wednesday 12th June 2024
Get to know each other a little bit over a few beers and form guitar bands based on mutual musical interests. This will be your line up for the duration that you will write, rehearse, record and perform live with.
Sessions: Commence 13th June 2024 Depart: Sunday 16th June 2024

The cost for the entire experience is $1750.00 (inc GST) per person which covers all of the above.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A $500 cancellation fee will apply if you cancel up 28 days prior the commencement of the Guitar Spa. If you cancel within 28 days of the guitar spa you will receive 50% refund. This is because all resources, accommodation, staffing etc would have been paid in full to include your spot.
