Breathing Below Biography
Breathing Below are an energy-filled Metalcore band based in Leeds, UK. The band formed as vocalist Bena Pietroni (they/them), guitarists Jack Kivi (he/him), Jack Carrington (he/him) and drummer Leo Godfrey (he/she/they) and began to write songs at a vicious pace.
The addition of vocalist Emma Marks (she/her) and Bassist Gaby Ayling (she/her) solidified the band’s sound and lineup, quickly putting together a plethora of ferocious and emotive tracks. Breathing Below’s live show is an electrifying, energy-filled experience that will get any crowd off their feet in a second. The band have begun to develop a cult following by performing numerous shows across their home turf.
Their latest single ‘The Weak Shall Suffer’ is a quintessential display of their abilities as a group. From the soaring cleans to the low screams, from the chorus to the breakdown, from the start to the end, it’s a clear indication of what this band is and what they plan to achieve.
