On Saturday April 20th the Danielle Nicole band will be back at Retro Live in Plattsburgh NY!!! This will be an incredible double show with Kevin Burt and his band, Big Medicine as the grand opener.
Danielle Nicole is the 2019 Grammy Nominee for Best Contemporary Blues Album and seven time Blues Music Award winner, Independent Music Award Winner for best RnB album and best RnB song. She hails from Kansas City and is a powerhouse singer, songwriter, bassist and is known for her astounding vocals, exquisite musicianship as well as captivating stage presence that leaves listeners breathless. The Danielle Nicole Band is on of hottest touring bands around, a festival favorite and headlines all over the world. Her stunning new album, The Love You Bleed has hit number one on the Billboard and iTunes and Spotify charts. Kevin Burt is a three-time winner at the International Blues Challenge and is nominated for Acoustic Artist of the Year. His latest album is a tribute to Bill Withers, "Thank You Mr. Bill" that is also a chart topper. This is going to be an extraordinary concert with two of the best voices in blues today each doing an album release show with their bands.
Plattsburgh Blues and Jazz is turning Retro live into a world class live music club with its big stage, 2 stories, wrap around balcony, high top tables, dance floor and two bars. Doors open at 7 pm with the show starting around 730 pm to 10 pm. Tickets are 25 dollars in Advance and can be purchased in-person at Alpha Stereo or Retro Live.
