Cory Jackson Biography
At 21, Cory Jackson impressed judges as a WSM 650AM Bates Ford Talent Contestant with his voice, performance, and song choices from country classics like Ronnie Milsap’s chart-topping hit "Day Dreams About Night Things." After winning the talent show, Jackson opened for renowned artists such as the Oak Ridge Boys, Tracy Lawrence, Parmalee, and Rosanne Cash. He tirelessly performed at restaurants and festivals before making his national debut on Season 17 of NBC’s The Voice in 2019.
Jackson's rendition of "Galveston," paying homage to fellow Arkansan Glen Campbell, earned a three-chair turn, leading him to join Team Blake. Inspired by the advice from Blake Shelton and Darius Rucker to keep writing, Jackson dove deeper into his songwriting abilities while continuing to perform during the pandemic. His song "Your Love" was nominated for "Song of the Year" at the 2023 Arkansas CMA’s, and this year he was named "Male Vocalist of the Year."
Jackson’s latest releases blend classic country sounds with a modern touch, driven by his faith, grounded nature, and devotion to his fans.
